Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.), who has been openly critical of Republican Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore, made a donation to Moore’s Democratic rival on Tuesday.

Flake posted a photo on his Twitter account of a $100 check he signed to support Doug Jones’ campaign.

“Country over Party,” the Republican senator wrote on the check and the post.

Flake, who is not seeking reelection in 2018, previously tweeted that: “A Roy Moore victory is no victory for the GOP and the nation.”

Multiple women have accused Moore of sexually assaulting them when they were teenagers.

President Trump officially endorsed him on Monday. Alabama’s special election is on Dec. 12.
