The Mighty One is in a big hole

“Mighty, we appreciate your continued support of Nassau County firefighters efforts to help our wounded warriors. The first group of Nassau firefighters with Nassau County Firefighters Operation Wounded Warrior are departing from Stewart Manor FD on Wednesday (today) to bring Christmas to our Wounded Warriors and their families at Fort Bragg and Camp Lejeune, while the second group of firefighters leave on Friday from Lynbrook FD for Bethesda and Fort Belvoir.”

“NCFF-OWW, a 501-3c charity, was formed in 2004 and continues to help our wounded warriors at those hospitals and rehabilitation centers there and on Long Island. The firefighters are not affiliated with the Wounded Warrior Project. Thanks again, Mighty.” — Steve Grogan, Lynbrook Fire Dept. and Vice-Chairman, NCFF-OWW.
